Having a pre-approval before actively viewing homes is a definite advantage. It demonstrates your seriousness as a buyer in a competitive market, and allows you to assess your borrowing capacity, monthly payments and the impact of taxes and other fees.

I'll review the property and market details with you to present the right offer. Your offer contract may include items such as purchase price, warranty amounts, loan specifications and desired closing date. I'll be your contractual expert and continue negotiations until an agreement is reached. You'll also provide an up-to-date pre-approval letter with your offer, to inform the seller of your ability to close the deal.

Although I'll explain the terms in detail, be sure to personally review all contracts and familiarize yourself with any changes to the offer. Once your offer has been accepted, you'll be on your way to becoming a homeowner, with my support every step of the way. You'll also work with a real estate broker, who will oversee the contract, review inspection points and send out any requests, while assisting with all the paperwork for a successful closing.
